Crossroads Carnegie Art Center is thrilled to bring back Day of Dance 4 on September 19, 2026, from 10 am to 5pm in Geiser Pollman Park at the Powder River Pavillon.
Day of Dance was created by Crossroads Board Member Kathy Sanchez, to celebrate dance in all its many forms, as part of National Dance Day which is celebrated across the country.
The event is free to all and is great multi-generational event, although a $5.00 per person donation is suggested. Guests should bring a chair or a blanket and come to enjoy the whole event.
Crossroads has invited numerous food vendors who will be parked on Grove Street including MC Taco Bus, Celtic Cauldon Kettle Korn, Austin Street Dogs, Mountain Jim Cotton Candy and the Baker County YMCA (selling drinks). Asian Fusion will also be providing a 10% discount off an order when presenting the official program.
Baker Heritage Museum also has Free Museum Day all day as well. Crossroads will be selling raffle tickets at the event for fantastic raffle prizes which will fund the 2027 Day of Dance event.

About Veer Wine Project:
We are in the business of sharing the process of wine with our customers. We would love our customers to grow with our brand as our young winemaker grows in his own craft. The winery will be transparent in an attempt to remove a barrier that seems to alienate any customers who may feel intimidated by wine.
Our winery will exist to make quality, affordable wines, with extra emphasis on the brand of the winery.

A night of irresistible rhythm, soaring voices, and shared celebration, Noche de Serenatas brings together the passion of Spanish Zarzuela and the electrifying sound of Mariachi in one unforgettable evening. Opera, folk tradition, dance, and chorus intertwine as Opera Idaho joins forces with Mariachi Sol de Acapulco, Biotzetik Basque Choir, Flamenco Idaho, and internationally acclaimed Latin-American crossover vocalists Maria Brea and Octavio Moreno under the dynamic direction of Cuban-American conductor, Iván del Prado. From sweeping melodies to fiery dance and festive ensemble moments, this is music meant to be felt as much as heard. Experience Spanish and Latin American musical traditions not as separate worlds, but as one vibrant celebration of the rich musical traditions that shape our stories.
